Previously, he served as project manager at Bank of America's business continuity group ensuring optimal uptime for its technical infrastructure. He holds a bachelor's degree in risk management from Georgia State University and an MBA Georgia Tech. Jeff is a graduate of Flashpoint Cohort 8.
