Carter served in product leadership roles at companies such as Johnson and Johnson, Nestle and Campbell's. While at Johnson and Johnson, Carter pioneered the weather-responsive seasonal supply strategy for the company's flagship brands and launched multiple new products. Most recently, he was part of KPMG's Customer Strategy Consulting practice where he played key roles in corporate restructuring projects. He holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from Georgia Tech. Carter is a graduate of Flashpoint Cohort 8.
